How to pay

Sending flowers and gifts to South Korea from flower-korea.com is a simple and secure.

You can pay by credit card, PayPal, Western Union or direct bank transfer (payment in advance), as well as by cash at our store. When you opt to pay by any other payment method than bank transfer, you will receive a separate confirmation from the payment services provider by email in addition to our order confirmation.

Credit card payment

Flower-korea.com accepts almost every major credit card including international VISAMASTERJCB Card and American Express Card. However, we do not accept Discover and DINERS cards.

USD – Paying with credit card published outside Korea

We accepts almost every major credit card including international VISAMASTERJCB Card and American Express Card. Only USD $ is accepted for payment (not paid in Korean Won)

When you have only domestic credit cards published inside Korea, you have to pay in KRW not USD

KRW – Paying with all credit cards published inside Korea

The payment procedures very secure and shown in Korean. As the operations is working on the browser plug-in, Those may be compatible with Internet Explorer and Chrome browser and the others.

You may get a problem with the credit card payment with the procedures because some parts of the procedure are shown in Korean language and require installation procedure.

The currency must be shown in Korean Won not USD and Payment can be made in Korean Won (원화 표시 상태에서만 결제 가능)

Paying with credit card over the phone

If you let us know your credit card information on the phone, we can charge with the information and deliver your order. Contact us on 02-585-1495 (or from outside of the Korea +82 2 585 1495) – lines are open between 9 am to 7 pm Monday to Saturday and 10 am to 3 pm on Sundays. Please try and feel free to contact us any time you want to.

Paying with PayPal

PayPal is the second preferred payment method for us and lets you send payments securely online using a credit card or bank account. When you send a payment using PayPal, we won’t ever see your credit card or bank account information. So it is one of quite safe and solid ways to pay.

Before you send a payment using PayPal:
  • You need to have a PayPal account.
  • Make sure your PayPal email address is correct.

  • We usually confirm you receiving payment by email which submitted with your order details. Normall it takes 1~2 business hours. holiday or evening orders may be confirmed on the next business day morning.

Paying with Western Union

you can pay also with Western Union. When you send us the money, you may need our SSN. And you should let us know the number of Western Union by email or phone after sending the Western Union to us.

There are some banks in Korea which are dealing the Western Union. We hope you choose “Kookmin Bank“, if you can. When you cannot, please let me know the name of bank too.
